Images go from center aligned to left aligned when I change to a new theme

I have been using a genesis child theme for one of my sites. I always center align my posts' images with caption also center aligned. The images and captions underneath appear perfectly center aligned.

Now I am trying to change my site's theme to another genesis child theme. Every thing goes fine except the images. The images get left aligned but the captions remained center aligned in the new theme. When I switched back to the earlier theme, the images again get center aligned.

Please advise what could be the reason for images to behave so & how to set it right, so that the images appear center aligned in the new theme also.

Every theme has different styles. You can examine the styles of a particular element from your new theme with Firebug, for example.

The 2 child themes are using different style.css files. There can be your problem unless you made changes directly to the Genesis framework.
Also I think there are 2 more options but first I need to see your site.

Your problem is an example of the fact that using a framework doesn't solve your problems. You still need to know some CSS and use it. You paid for Genesis, didn't you?
