What WP theme could I use that would look like this website?

I have nothing to do with this site Growth Equity Group - Tactical REI Investment Firm | Self-Directed IRA | Non-Recourse Financing but there are some elements to the look and feel of it that I would like to have for a new website I'm going to build. For example: If you scroll about halfway down the page you will see a section with 4 photos of homes that span the width of the page that says "Recent Investment Projects" above it. (I annotated it with red arrows!)

Can anyone recommend a WP theme that can produce a somewhat similar look and feel? Does anyone know if Optimize Press or the ElegantBiz Theme can do that?

    Check those themes - Avada, Salient and Enfold. They are pretty similar and you can customize any of them to fit your needs.

      I would say that the Virtue Theme might get that done for you as well.

        Hmm, that Virtue Theme looks pretty nice and its free too.

        Have you used it yourself and do you know what the difference is between the free version and the paid version?

          I have played with it a bit. There are some added features with the paid version. and the CSS is in the free version is harder to work with. I did a couple of quick write ups here one was a first impression, and the second was a nice little CSS mod.

          I will tell you that I would not consider Virtue a beginners Theme, it has a lot of control, which means in the end complexity.
