Help - Online Journal Publishing Website

Hi guys,

I would like to build an online journal publishing site, something similar to this IJRET - International Journal of Research in Engineering and Technology..

I have average experience with wordpress theme customizations and plugins so I will feel comfortable working in wordpress. Can anyone tell me if there is any wordpress theme or plugin which will allow me to recreate this site? If not, then how can I go ahead with this?

      That site was custom built. I don't think they used a WordPress or WordPress theme.

      You could try Atahualpa theme. It will get you close to that site but not the same. It will allow you to have up to 4 sidebars, two on left and two on right You can add HTML code to the header to add more overlapping images.

        The design I can do on my own. I want help in replicating the process. Like letting people submit their articles and then let them track the status of their article with a tracking code.
