Anyone know of a wordpress plugin for submitting order requests?

Hey there.

I'm designing a website offering my website design services. I have a decent amount of experience with Wordpress but it's always been fixing other people's websites, so this is the first Wordpress site that I'm making for myself.

I have a page for visitors to submit orders to me and have been messing with Contact Form 7, and while it can do the job this plugin is obviously not meant for what I'm looking to do.

In short, I'm looking for a form plugin that changes based on the customer's selections. For example, if they select the option that they want 5 pages the form will change to ask what they want on page 1,2,3,4,5 but for example if they select 3 pages then it only gives them text boxes to write details for page 1,2,3. Or, like if there was a Yes/No question and they answer No then they move on to the next question, but if they select Yes then another question appears related to the original question.
Also, if it can save the form submissions to the database instead of just emailing them would be a very nice feature.

This all seems like basic stuff but what I'm using currently just isn't built for it, so before I go messing around trying to find a good plugin that can do this I just wanted to see what you all recommend. Thanks!

I am not 100% sure but I think you need to develop it yourself or get it done by someone else. You might take a look at Gravity Forms... but not sure if GF would be useful.

I would do such a form myself...

To be honest, I believe I was searching for a similar functionality sometime last year, but I couldn't find a plugin that offered this. Let me know if you come across anything

For something like this you are probally have to do it yourself or contract it out. Unless you are having lots of fields it would not cost too much to have one created for you. Gravity is probally best best but not sure if it can do what you want.

A shopping cart or classified plugin can do this but instead of using add to cart, you can use it to contact or request. For the number of pages, you can use attributes...
Then admin get notified and you can also contact the user base on the information they provided you.

How about Form Manager? To quote Campbell Hoffman (the author) - Wordpress Form Manager is a WordPress plug-in, written in PHP, for creating forms to collect and download data from visitors to your WordPress site. Form features include validation, required fields, custom acknowledgments, and e-mail notifications.

I use it on a couple of sites and it has a great deal of fairly complex abilities. For example, you can set fields to appear/disappear depending on responses to earlier fields.

Think the big question, that no one asked, will they be submitting a payment with the order. If no, then the options other have given would work. If the customer/visitor will be paying at the same time, you might want to go with a shopping cart plugin. Least it would automate the process is there is a payment.

I don't know how many products or services you will be offering, so this might over kill, but woocommerce has quite a bit of product variations. Though, it might take paid add-on's to achieve it. I don't know, never looked into it.
