What WP theme can I use for this?

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I cam across this site, AffordableCebu Free Classified Ads-Home and I would like to create one for my city I live.

Unfortunately that site is not wordpress. Can we create similar to that using wordpress? Can you suggest of a good theme or plugin?

Your responses will be admired.

    Looks like a classifieds/listing type of setup. Perhaps something like this? -

    FlatAds - Classified AdsWordPress Theme Preview - ThemeForest

    If not, maybe you could look under a similar category on themeforest.

    Ugh,. don't use wordpress.. there are TONS of better site backends out there that can get the job done and there are tons of html/responsive designs at there now that look so much better and manage better. Wordpress is a crutch that is holding back your development ability.

    Wordpress is awsome for people that don't want to take the time to actually learn to build real websites. They are great for little cute informational sites but if your going to make a career of this for the next 10 years.. learn to build the real thing. Wordpress is easy to learn and flexible.. its like a bike with training wheels.. but at some point your going to want to go mountain biking and its not going to work anymore. Everything I build is +1-2 year projects.. requires deep custom scripting and design.. but this is what building a real dotcom is about. I'm a hardcore internet entrepreneur and geek and would never restrict my creative abilities by using wordpress.

    I don't think it's so much a matter of using WP vs not using WP. The net changes so fast for all platforms that it's a bit tough to access how things are going to be years from any point. What I do think is important though if you are choosing WP(and are a non-dev), is that you make sure the theme or the core plugins that you use are well supported.

      I had created similar website using the Osclass. It's a free PHP script for creating classified websites with its own themes and plugins.

      It's worth checking if you don't like the WordPress themes.
