    Its just using HTML5 functions one is having audio file the other is having video file, as background. It can be done even on static page.

      It's cool, yes. But people need to be careful about trying to "wow" their visitors over putting up a site that is easy to use and quick to load. If you want to turn away people with slow internet connections or older computers, this is the way to do it.

        Totally agree with you! However, I am not so sure these young ladies even care. And that in un itself is part of the wow factor. The site in this case very much matches the content / context of the group it represents. so it goes from being a designers showcase, to an extension of the group, and that is the true artisty of it!

    Even there are many WP themes available it will be hard to find a similar theme for both sites. I think WP can't do this but an WP developer can help any WP theme to do this with a few changes.
    Try on themeforest, I'm sure you'll find a theme from which you can start.
