How to improve my designs & Gain more clients?

I am a website/graphic designer. I focus on the design of a website. I have been designing since I was 12 years old. My work has greatly improved since then and I used to get clients from left to right. I am struggling now in the big world. I always ask myself, What am I doing wrong? I try my best to become successful with what I do. I love to design and it's been my passion for quite some time. Can you guys give me some help? What can I do to gain more clients? Am I good enough? I just worry myself everyday with these questions and it's time I ask for help.

    The sites look good to me. Have you tried Responsive Web Design? Or even advertise yourself on sites like E-lance, People Per Hour, O Desk etc or sites like Dribble?

    The sites look really great to me. One thing that I do want to mention is that it seems like web design freelance jobs are harder to come by, since making a website is easier nowadays with all these tools that don't require coding or any designer skills - so it's really not entirely your fault. But definitely put your profile on as many sites as you can - local is good too, perhaps shop around locally and see what shops might need a website, etc.

      Your design chops are better than 99% of the folks on here. You don't need any help there. You need to learn how to sell and market yourself. Get out of the Web Design forum. You have very little to learn here. Take some time to learn the basics of networking and marketing. It will help you, and your clients as well.

    The design looks great for me! I don't think there is a need to worry on the designs, it is perfect! But make sure that it doesn't take much time for the site to load. I do actually like the combination of colors. Simple and neat.

    I agree great designs. Start marketing and using ad words to get targeted traffic. If your not spending money on advertising then you need to focus more on traffic.

    Why not create themes to sell on other marketplaces as that's where the traffic is already, people looking for designs.

    Thanks everyone here at Warrior Forums. I appreciate the help. You guys/gals have really put some motivation into me! I learned a lot from what ya'll are saying. I'll definitely learn more about Marketing what I do. I will also get my own website up and running so I can start advertising only problem I have is money but I can start small and work my way up.

    I have tried freelancing sites but most of the jobs I see are mostly for Developers with html/css skills. It's hard actually to land a job on those sites and takes some money as well. I've landed a couple jobs there but nothing too serious just small graphics and what not.

    What's the best advertising service out there?

    You can try adwords for PPC or use sites like fiverr, fivesquids and even sign up to 99designs.

    Or search local businesses on google, if they dont have a good site then consider ringing them or emailing them and offer your services

    Your designs are fine you need to focus on getting jobs. Go to yellow pages in your area, search for local buinesses and see what companies don't have a website listed and market to them.

    I'm also a web designer for about a year and I must say you do have a good portfolio. You should learn how to market your own website or have a partner that would market your works. Great designs! Also, try other forum like Blackhat SEO.

    Go and meet potential clients face to face, there is nothing like it on the internet to get yourself known locally.

    Approach local retail outlets, restaurants and industries, find out the name of the marketing director (if they have one), write them a personal letter, ask for a meeting, go along with a portfolio but try to direct it so that you can discuss proposals to improve their corporate identity. Also search out printers nearby, see if they use freelance services for some of their clients.
