how to post content

I am very new to website design, I have website developed with bluehost ,autoresponder targetly.com and uploaded website through filezilla.

need help in adding or posting content to my website,don't know how to proceed shall I proceed through bluehost or filezilla or autoresponder or I have to click somewhere
on website.

please help

    Your requirement is not clear at this point, please let me your actual requirement.

    BlueHost provides hosting place and Filezilla a ftp client, both nothing to deal with content posting.

    If your website is built from the ground up using HTML - then that's how your content will also be built. If you do the smart thing - you'll divorce your structure from your content - which is what a CMS such as Wordpress (or Joomla, or Drupal, or hundreds of others..) does.

    Then adding content is as easy as logging into your Admin area, and clicking the 'New Post' button.

    You've not given enough information to really answer your question. In what form is your Website?
