Subscribe form on squeeze page, please help!!

So I am just starting out and using GetResponse to manage my campaigns, and the template that I am using for my squeeze page has a lead capture form, already. I cannot figure out how to edit the html to reflect the GR code properly and not mess up the template's format and make the existing capture form send the leads to my GR campaign. What do I do?!

I was told I would get better responses if I mentioned the fact that I am a chick. Lolz.
