No-One uses CSS2?
I've scoured the web today for tutorials on slicing up PSD's for the web.
I've found my hunt to be hamered because I've learned CSS2 and it doesn't seem like anyone uses it.
For example in CSS2, if I wanted to position a navigation menu on the right hand side and down the page a bit I could use
right: 10%;
top: 50%;
No-one uses this?
If not where do I go about learning what people are using so I can catch up.
