Contact Form 7 with Elegant Grunge Help?

Hi, I am using Contact Form 7 with Elegant Grunge on Wordpress. Basically the submit button goes way far down the page and I can't figure it out. Can someone take a look at it and give some tips?

    No it doesn't I am using Firefox, what browser are you using?

    Edit- also in IE it shows up as being far down the page, both when I am logged in and when I am not.

    Oh, nice I didn't think to look at the source code for the page. Any idea where that came from, I didn't add that and didn't mess with the plugin coding.
