What do you think of my website?

Hello fellow warriors. I have started two dating websites that i am working on constantly and trying to improve them. They have been up for about two months and i am seeing some improvements in conversions but it is going slow.

So i would love it if you could tell me what you think and maybe give me some advice.

    Some personal critiques of mine:
    - The white text runs of the image and onto the grey background and looks bad/unprofessional
    - Header/logo looks grainy and kind of low-res
    I don't know... I think you're better off using Wordpress or some other CMS rather than building from scratch.

    Very bad alignment and sizing of elements on the page. Awful color scheme. Static design.

    There is nothing highlighting except the couple image. You must start over from scratch or hire someone to do this for you. You can find a good designer on fiverr.com who will ready an eye catching web template for you. Then you can put that on for conversion/development.

    As others have already pointed out, you should redesign the site from scratch or soon you will only be able to date yourself.

    one thing i dislike about the website is the all of the following text written in block capitals:

    "

    another thign to change is the background of your website as it is too dark and also to change the main photo to a coloured one.
