Is This Even Possible?

I have created some killer tutorials with my team via google hangouts -- mostly social media marketing tips.

So with those tutorials, I have created a 7-Day Bootcamp of FREE tutorials.... and then in order for them to get more, they either have to buy them (via paypal) or join our team (an internet marketing training company).

Here's the deal.... I'm using this awesome theme (Just Landed) and I'm giving all my team members a self-hosted wordpress blog (wordpress.org)... through my reseller hosting account, along with training videos that are easy to follow and basic stuff.

Some of them are TOTAL newbies and can barely learn how to create a blog post.

I want to put each training onto it's own seperate page....along with the opportunity for the customer/prospect to learn about our training company by clicking the banner below the training video that is imbedded onto that page.

How can I set it up so when my team members promote these pages that it stays connected to them and prospects that decide to join our team will go under that person?

As of right now,all my team members will have to create their own pages themselves and some of them just won't do it.

Is there a plugin or something I can use?

Cheers!

P.S. I am not very knowledgeable in custom CSS. I just know enough to be dangeous.
