Anyone available to rip/redo a header in the next couple hours?

Existing header in jpg, no psd files.

Background and text needs to be ripped/matched/redone.

Redo header graphic and add logo.

Logo is already done, but only available in illustrator.

Need final work in psd.

Will pay with Paypal immediately.
