And ....also....a place where I can buy shared hosting at a low cost.

    Google "Godaddy + www.yourdesireddomain.com" or even just "Godaddy". A lot of times you can grab one for 99 cents with their adwords.

    I don't know how cheap you want to go on the hosting, but I use LiquidWeb. Much better than any other hosting company I've used myself or through clients.

    If you just Google "Cheap Domains" , you'll see that Godaddy has an ad for .99 cent domains. As far as hosting goes there are plenty of hosing services for less than $5. a month.
