Hey Everyone, i just launched my site (still in BETA).

I'm not going to explain it, see if you can figure it out.

    nice header. But bottom part is less appealing. And slider's arrows are not working at all.

    Hello xxdaggerxx,

    I think it's important that you get this right. I feel your rings should be at the top of the page where the guest can view instantly what you are selling. There is also too much darkness involved in your layout, I would probably opt for a white background with a black logo font and a dark purple sub header. I can show you what I mean, if you want.

    Also your scroller is not functioning.

    I agree. Plus are you going to have an ssl certificate? Many people will not purchase if they don't see that. Also when I tried to view jewelry in other price ranges nothing showed up. Is that part not functional yet.

    Pretty site. It needs a bit more work.

    I agree with the earlier comments, the top part is well designed while the bottom part isn't very appealing. The "#Polychemy Tag your self on instagram with our Jewlery and appear on our wall!" is not very readable.

      This is a good site! I love the graphics and the layout. I would really buy at first visit!

      You can fix some errors on the lower part of your site. But I know it's manageable.

      Hi Are you refering to the bottom part (the instagram section)? Yes i agree there are some bugs with the layout. And it looks better on chrome because of the B&W, filter.

      Yes we, will be accepting credit cards off the site, so we will be PCI complaint and SSL ready.

      Are you referring to the banner on top of the page, or the instagram images at the bottom?

    As you have requested, here is a demonstration image of what I mean. It is only a quick modification of your template live in the browser. It does not reflect my true ability to create a decent looking layout and is only intended as a personal opinion of my taste, and does not necessarily mean your layout is worse.

      I think the designs looks similar, and not really worth the change.

      Anyway, i'll be making the other changes listed above soon.

    Hi Folks, thanks for all the valuable feedback.
    I've managed to make most of the changes,

    -All customer forms are now SSL protected.
    -Site is now PCI-Compliant and accepts credit cards! (took me a long time to implement this)
    -Fixed the navigation and instagram images at the bottom.

    Added alot of other features, mainly a proper coupon system.
    Also some new Gem jewellery!!

    Please do check it out and tell me what you think. I am curious to know the page response time for everyone.

    Hi xxdaggerxx,
    I like both, the idea as a whole and the site. However when I clicked on an item on the landing page I got to a page that looked almost identical to the one I just was on -- until I scrolled down.

    I believe that the product pages should have only a small strip of on image, at max just a third the hight of the image on the landing page.

    Your site looks great! I like the thumbnails effects, But i think you need to do something about the background, maybe a lighter one. make the title 'Polychemy Jewelry' a bit bigger to make it stand out.

    Other than that, site looks cool.

        Hi everyone, thanks for all the feedback. I made some tweaks and changes, main change was the "recommended jewellery" links at the bottom of the product pages.

    Are you sure this is a problem? Because i already have a giant banner on the top and a 3D display.
    Also for SEO, the sitemaps are submitted to google, and there is straight links hidden within the HTML, all jewelry pages are indexed by google already. Images too.

    No CMS, everything build from scratch. Took about 4 months to build it. The customization system is completely proprietary.
