I've taken a look at wordpress, but it seems to blog oriented and I need the users to be on my database, comment system and all.

Looked at Joomla and it just doesn't seem flexible enough nor does it have the plug-ins I need, going to look at Drupal now.

I can build a custom site with all the API's I need, however I do not have to time, nor is it practical, any help would be appreciated. All I need is a CMS that will allow me to post deals, ads, reviews and coupons, while allowing me to have a points system for users and have a community aspect to it.

Sounds like you should take a look at Modx Revolution which is a great cms for developers.

Yes, Word Press is blog oriented, but you can also create the site from it. It is the best platform and it also contains a database of your site.
As, you mentioned about CMS, it really sounds good, because CMS become a buzz word in the web development industry, due to its benefits.

The community version of Dotnetnuke (now named Evoq) is very interesting!!!.

    This version is Open Source!

    Thanks
