Hello, I just formed a start up web and graphic design business. My keys strengths are graphic design and sales and I will be looking to either partner with a Web designer or become a private label reseller of a larger company. I found a great website to resell, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the company. Their website is Online Website Builder | Site Sumo - Home. they seem to be exactly what I'm looking for but I kind of have an uneasy feeling with regards to them. First, they don't list a contact phone number any where on their site. Second, Ive tried to reach out to them twice and have only received an auto responder back. Their services look excellent though, so I'm hoping there's another reason that I haven't heard back. On the other hand, I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that offers similar services?

This is who registered their domain name, complete with address and phone number:

Personally though, I view response times as a major consideration when looking for anything online. I've ordered from online shops a lot based on their responses to emails and am always sure to let them know how much I value that as well.

Personally if it were me and I was looking for someone to team up with, I'd look at your local university/college and post some adverts for a student studying media/web design. You could even contact some lecturers there and say it's an opportunity for one of their students. They'll be grateful that they can help their students, the students are grateful for a job and as a bonus, they tend to have access to all the latest software on the uni/college computers.

You would have a lot more control this way and although it might take longer to build up, it will be worth it once you're established.

I'd also value having someone local who you can speak to through email, but meet up with once a week at a coffee shop to go over the more important issues.

Thanks for the input guys, I actually think that's a great idea to speak with a local university to hire on one of their Web designers. I like the idea of being able go meet in person to go over important topics.

Jarrod, it's been a few days since my first message to them. Thank you for bringing it to my attention that they have a number listed on facebook. I'll try that on monday.
