Wondering if there is some obvious problem with site that is causing prospects to abandon. 90% of users leave within 10 seconds. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion it looks like thousands of other standard up-todate websites. They may be good for most kind of business but sometimes you just need something "special".(I bet this is from themeorest). Maybe you can make that turquoise a bit more discreet or a bit more bright. Pastelcolor touch can work fine maybe but you need to test. Try to make the medical aspect more visible - at a quick view i cant identify the screens on the devices mockups and in my eyes a big slogan is missing. Like: "The medical message system", and/or show your USP if you have competition. Anyway sliders are dying, maybe you can make a short but impressive video that is catching the attention of your visitors. To make a long story short: To generally look & feel for a special audience.
Just my 65 cent after a quick view.

Great advice. Agree it looks generic, however it is custom from Bootstrap responsove base. Initially it was distinctly ugly, but made it more generic and hopefully trustworthy. Agree a video would be helpful and others have suggested it, but I do not have budget nor skills. Only competition I have found is ringadoc--lots of startup funding recently acquired--traditional medical answering services are also competition Primary push back from doctors has been perception patients prefer live answering service. Testing shows patients actually prefer to leave sensitive info with automated service.

I agree and my opinion as a designer, try making the colors more catchy and bright but never overdo it. Web Design isn't just the problem for a poor conversion rate.

    Is your product appealing?
Do you sell it right? (copy matters)
Are we targeting the right customers?
    etc.

User Experience discipline is a great help if you're on to selling a product

    Cheers

Thanks for advice, Yes targeting right customer is key challenge. Almost impossible to catch busy doctors, but office managers have some influence.
