I have a website based on Drupal CMS and I get around 50 new signups per day. Is there any way I can increase signups for our website?

First of all, make sure that signup process is easy to handle. A recent research shows can around 54% of users bounce back when asked to fill forms. Having a easier signup can definitely increase signup rate, you can also add social login module using which users can login in a click. Check this one module which is of great help for me https://www.drupal.org/project/sociallogin

I would suggest high quality signups anyway, some folks sign up but never convert, as they are low quality. people hate being asked for their email, that's old hat

Dont have signups never have a call to action on your front page or squeeze page, do a lovely blog style site with interesting content, where they can get to know you and what you are about, give a helluva lot of free info with no trace you want signups. Build a community of friends.Sell yourself with videos or text, make them love you, better than any squeeze page

your call to action might be a continue thing?

you see my point, give them loads of free info and love..etc

and if they log in for special stuff?

    regards
