Multilingual Forum - Help, please
Hello to you all - this is my first post!
I've been wanting to make a website with at least two languages. I'm also wanting to add a forum, does anyone have an idea how to best do this? I'd need an example of a good forum.
The forum I'd like to be in two languages, russian and english. I want to pay a freelancer to help me do this. Will he normally be making the forum from scratch (witch, by the way, I would be designing in photoshop), or will he use some ready-made forum-template?
