5$ CPM offer for popunders, possible?

Hey guys,

I usually don't work with networks, but this time I'm not sure what to do. I got a generous offer: 5$ CPM for pop-under advertising with additional 200$ pre-pay.

The company is called S&W Media Group, I looked for them online (link) but I'm still not sure if I can trust them.

does anyone know this company? can I trust these guys? what is your recommendation regarding advertising networks?

    I think $5 CPM rate is quite high? Are they offering these amount only for USA and Canada traffic? Some Ad networks offer high CPM rate USA and Canada traffic. I have never worked with them. I suggest you to ask for payment proof. You can get can idea on how much CPM actually they are paying.
