Bing did not accept me!

hello folks,
I decided to start a ppc campaign in bing but they did not accept me as an advertiser.
so, I start to promot CPA offers zip/email submit on facebook ads but you know no any success. it seems facebook ads is not good for CPA.

any alternative to BING and Adwords? with $25-$100 minimum deposit.?

actually I had a good campaign with 7search even they traffic was bot mostly.
any help idea?

by the way, if you know any one that had success with CPA and facebook please let me know.

    Are you direct linking your campaign or you have designed a LP?

    Chances are that the offer that you are trying to promote might not be allowed to advertise on Bing as there are restrictions on certain niches. I do not think there are other better networks out there for starters like you.
