cancelling LeadImpact and refund
So I am worried about the recent changes in LI and the decreasing quality and quantity of LI and I am thinking about cancelling and asking for a refund, so how can I go about that ? Should I just click on the cancel my account link in the funding tap and I will be automatically refunded ? or should I should I contact them first ??
I tried submitting a ticket on the matter but it has been 2 working days with no response and I am running out of time (I am on day 43 and after the 45th day they charge 20% or something, so I need urgent and fast feedback on the issue
