What is the best ads networks for new blog without any approval/requirements?

So, what do you think? Which are the best? I know that Chitika doesn't need to be approved. But are there better ads networks than Chitika?

    When you are not using Adsense, it does not make any difference whether you use chitika, bidvertiser or any other network - they all are the same.
