Starting PPV on Leadimpact With Weight Loss Niche, Spent $9.41 Only 5 Clicks, Suggestions Please

Hey guys, I think I need some help on this, I'm a newbie in PPV (Actually I tried this PPV game a year ago but I stopped because I lost $300 LOL, but I'm not giving up so I started again) currently I'm promoting weight loss niche on PPV on Leadimpact targeting UK. The result seems awful, here's my stat;

Campaign Stats

Budget for testing: $30
LP used(Rotated): 8
Tracking Tool: CPVLAB
Niche: Weight LOSS/Trial Offer
Offer Payout: $12
Total Spent: $9.41
Views: 627
Clicks: 5
Conversion: 0

Landing Page stats
LP 1: 94 Views/0 Clicks
LP 2: 41 Views/0 Clicks
LP 3: 41 Views/0 Clicks
LP 4: 57 Views/0 Clicks
LP 5: 110 Views/0 Clicks
LP 6: 38 Views/0 Clicks
LP 7: 129 Views/3 Clicks - CTR 2.33%
LP 8: 120 Views/2 Clicks - CTR 1.67%

Questions:
1. I'm focusing in this campaign, currently I have 8 rotated landing pages, to achieve the data I need should I continue rotating these 8 landing pages or add few more landing pages or disable some landing pages?

2. LP 7 has CTR of 2.33% and LP 8 has CTR of 1.67% is this already a good number?

3. My budget for testing is $30 for the offer that pays $12, is my budget good or should I increase it?

4. My niche is about weight loss but I also added Target URLS related to muscle building, abs building etc.. is this correct?

5. Based on my current stats, what should I do next?

Sorry for the long post I just need some help and further clarifications to improve my campaign and hopefully to get some good conversions.

BTW, I'm a web designer and programmer, so I can design and code a good landing page myself but my problem is how can I get more clicks and conversion.

Your help is so much appreciated, thank you so much guys and have a nice day.

How much are you paying per view?
With split testing that many lp's it's going to get very expensive to review all your stats and properly test, i'd cut back and test 2-3 to start..(i dont want to repeat myself, but with an offer that pays that high, it's very expensive to test)

Thank you so much for the reply and tips ChrisBa I surely follow it, I'm paying $0.015 per view.

Okay I already deactivated the 5 landing pages that doesn't give me a single click. Any other suggestion?

First advice. Leave Leadimpact. The traffic there has turned to pure garbage over the last few months.
2nd advice. As Chris said you are testing too many landers for a small budget. So cut some of them down..
3rd advice. You are clearly having problems with your landers. I aim for at least 5% ctr on my landers when running PPV. With some tweaking you can get the ctr to 10% or more. 90% of my campaigns have landers with ctrs of 10% or above.

You might want to give 50onRed traffic a try. As mentioned, The quality of Lead Impact traffic appears to have taken a nose dive lately.

Thank you for that advice Ehsan_am, Okay I'm thinking now on leaving Leadimpact, what PPV network do you advice? I'm am now running 3 landing pages in my campaign. Those CTR of yours are great, I'll definitely aim for that soon.

Thanks for the reply mate, I think I already have enough speed for my landing pages, I'm using Beyondhosting VPS + CDN Yet I appreciate more suggestions on how to improve the speed of my landing pages.

    50onred is a good option.

What is the difference between your landing pages? I mean what are the elements that your are testing?

Bad LP CTR is mainly due to either your targets or your copy.
The first thing I would do is to target as narrowly as possible. Don't add random targets just for having a large target list. Once you get profitable on your very targeted targets only then you should be trying to scale and expand your target list.

Keep in mind that just because a target is related to weight loss, it doesn't mean it is a fit for the copy you have. This is why the big players only target very large and high traffic sites. This allows them to do a demographic research on each target and tailor their lander and copy to that demography.

You mentioned muscle building and abs building targets in your post. Even though the demography might be interested in your product you can not address them the same way.

Great tips Ehsan_am thank you so much I learned a lot in your post, I think I should work more in my landing pages and select the right target for my campaign according to your tips. But before doing that I think I should leave Leadimpact for now and temporary give up this campaign, Trafficvance just accepted my application and next I'll go for 50onred.

    1. ~ LPs 7 & 8 are giving you the best mileage so you should focus on those and drop the others.

    2. ~ Your CTRs are average. This is good, but you can make them better. You may see a slight increase in them after dropping the non-performing pages.

    3. ~ Your budget is fine for testing purposes.

    4. ~ Demographically speaking, weight loss is a woman's market. Avoid url & keyword targets that relate to muscle building and "6 pack abs". Women want a smaller waist line... not necessarily a "6 pack". Guys want that. Fix your target URLs and keywords and you'll likely start converting

    5. ~ Follow the advice given on this thread

Thank you so much for your time answering my questions jaggyjay, I'll definitely follow your tips. Another lesson learned; Do not be hasty in choosing target, think on your audience first before picking a target/keyword and go for quality rather than quantity.

And here's a good news for me, Trafficvance accepted my application and just finished funding. I'll start creating campaigns in my Trafficvance account now and Hope to see good results.
