Start gaining a social media presence in your niche. Give them a lot of good free information and occasionally a CPA offer. If your presence is big enough you can make a lot of money and this of course is fully scalable to however large or small you want it to be.

Create a good looking page, spend time on it, maybe outsource some good graphic design for display pictures, cover photos etc Start making some good info packed posts so there is some content on the fan page or twitter feed or whatever else you happen to be working on.

Now the next part is slightly trickier. Of course at this point you have a fanbase of zero. Getting someone else to like your page or follow you when no one else does is pretty difficult. So you will have to start to build relationships, make people beleive you are the real deal. Participate in other similar pages, comment, provide value etc and people will come to your page.

You could maybe pay for 1000 likes or follows. Yes they wont actually mean anything but they will provide you with social proof which in turn will make your page more likeable. Now you start posting good content and your page will grow naturally. Maybe you post something really good one day and it gets lots of shares. Your reach is wider and you are getting a lot of free traffic and more likes.

Just engage in the community. Give your page good info, interact with other pages. Just provide value all around then occasionally send out a CPA offer. Imagine you have 10k likes in an active community that engage with you regularly and you send then a CPA offer related to the page where they just have to provide their email address. You are VERY likely to get several hundred people to do just that and you are getting paid. I wouldnt be surprised if you managed more. I mean after all, these people LOVE you and will click links on your authority.

Now this is scalable of course. What if you have 100k likes or 500k likes. The income obviously scales accordingly.

Do you send the offer straight from your Facebook fan page account or do you post it on a blog and try to get traffic from Facebook to visit the blog? Also, how do you suggest people deal with the issue of FB only showing fan page posts to a minimal amount of their fans? Thanks.

I think that is something you can experiment with. I think it will vary from niche to niche. Some people may be fine with going straight from FB to the offer while other niches may prefer to read a well written blog article before hand. The advantage of sending them to a blog is you can then have an optin form somewhere on the blog to capture leads to maybe send affiliate offers to increase revenue further.

That's a difficult one. FB have decided they want to make you pay to "promote" your posts, which is their choice. You could go ahead and promote them or just accept it and just know that you probably wont make as much money from a smaller fanpage as you could have done a few years ago. Of course there are still other social networks to explore too.

I'm personally not no, but I have managed fan pages for someone else when I did more freelance work in the past. So I have seen it work even though I have never set this sort of model up from scratch.
