Use your blog with affiliate links and share your blog to FB. You can open FB page, group about the importance of your product and then share your affiliate links. Don't repeat your post more then ten times daily. Or you can share your affiliate links by images.

Facbook does not like affiliate links. Post too many and you will get banned. The best ways are to send your traffic to a landing pages that has an affiliate links or to forward using a domain.

The former is more cost effective and converts more as you can have multiple landing pages under one domain. And you can warm up traffic with the content on your landing pages prior to sending them to your affiliate offer.

    Simple, just iframe the offer.

Confirm with your AM if the offer allows to be iframed since some offers do not allow that.

The best way to do it is to either use a php redirect with your own domain (How to make a redirect in PHP? - Stack Overflow) or to use a landing page (you should always try a landing page)

Hideme.cc is the best solution...you can't see your original link that you short it

I highly recommend you use your own domain and hosting opposed to a link shortener. Just my opinion.
