You can easily get in touch with Voluum support on their website or AffiliateFix (they have a rep there).
Voluum support is good, they pretty quick.

If you need any help on tracking on voluum or something, feel free to PM me.
I have been using it for quite a while now.

Voluum has no support. I have asked them for refund for months. Never got any replies.
