How often does your campaign get shut down by the vendor and how do you deal with it?

It's not uncommon to see CPA offers come and go fast.

It could happen that you're running a paid traffic campaign to promote an offer while that offer was shut down, so you could easily be wasting traffic (and money) for a few hours.

How often does that happen to you?

How do you deal with that when it happens? Just absorbing the loss?

Just curious.

    For anyone facing this sort of issue, if you're running a non incentive campaign, your network should ALWAYS provide you with notification when something is deactivated.

    There are a lot of nightmare stories where someone runs a PPC campaign and their campaign is deactivated without their knowledge.

    At CPAlead we have a system to give everyone the heads up when something is going to be deactivated and the message goes out in advance as often as possible.

    Unless you're doing incentive traffic and you get shut down for compliance reasons, you shouldn't lose any money.

    Maybe take a look at whichever network you're working with and search the dashboard. There should be a way to opt into notifications. That may help you out a lot.

    Could happen at anytime, this is a good reason why to split test between offers and networks, this should help ensure you have a backup offer for when this happens
