Hello everyone.

As you can see it is may first post, so few words to say about myself.
I am a student, coming from Bosnia, currently playing around with CPA offers.

Download offers are legal, I am sure.
But in the other hand, what about these Pin/Email submits?

Win $500, Win iPad, and so on..
The background of all these Pin/Email submits is mostly to get submits, and then make a list with all these people and send them another offer to take their money.

So with all above said, what do you think about Pin/Email submit offers - ARE THEY SCAM?

Basically CPA offers like e-mail, zip submission working fine, if you select the offers from genuine company, you can also build your own tracking system for CPA offers to track the CPA conversion rates, no need to invest money to join any CPA company and to purchase study material to promote CPA offers be careful while doing research.

If you look closely and read the official landing pages of these offers, you will notice the conditions they wrote so that the user will be eligible for the gift or what else they provide.
They write the conditions in small size font, but that is not their problem. The visitor must read the conditions before submit his email

Each offer is different, I wouldn't say they are scams, some are less ethical than others though

Each offer is definitely going to vary. I know a lot of the pin/email submits are "sweepstakes" type offers, so their not actually getting the iPad lol.

Usually, no CPA offers are not a scam.
Email/zip submits have their terms listed on the page where of says that the user is required to participate.
If the user completes all the offers in the path, then its likely that he/she will receive the promised product.
