FB Ads. How long does it take for ads to start showing?

How long do you find it takes for you for your ads to start receiving impressions after the ad gets approved? My ad was approved/set to running few hours ago, still no impressions. Don't know if this is normal or not.

    Try adjusting your bid to make sure you are not bidding too low. Ads start generating impressions immediately in most cases, provided the target audience size is not too small.

    That would depend upon:

    1. Bid - if you are not bidding high enough then impressions will coming very slowly

    2. Size of Target Audience

    3. Your Daily Budget

    Do you guys know if it's allowed to duplicate the same ad but target 25 different countries? 25 countries is max countries per ad, but it's possible to duplicate an ad and target 25 new countries. I did this 4 times so that's 100 different countries for the same ad. Is this allowed?

      Is there any reason you would want to? Normally I would recommend one campaign per country

        My goal is to promote my website, nothing for ROI or make money, so I want the most people I can get to see it.

        Is it allowed to do what I said the post above?

          If you want to target all the countries, why don't u remove country targeting?
