Is $50,000/day still possible with only AdSense?

Good job on your earnings!

My friend you are dreaming, not even the top blogger like John Chow is making that
much money with adsense

Adsense is scaleable and you can expand your blog network by hiring people... Theoretically it's possible, I guess.

However, when you manage to create so many successful blogs, I suspect you would switch to more profitable strategies like creating and selling your own products - assuming that each blog has a specific niche.

Anyhow, I'm still working on my first Adsense dollar
Also thanks @ProfitFromMyDomain for the interesting vid links!

don't look to far goal , try to reach even 1000$ a day then u can go up day by day
in fact you want to repeat your work 3000 - 4000 times to reach this goal as 413 *4000= 1,600,000

I think making money on adsense $50,000 per day is really difficult.

Thinking big and having big goal is really crucial for success but i think instead of making $50000 only throgh adsense motorization , you can make a goal to make $50000 per day online. You can use paid traffic , your own software or many other money making online strategy.

If you want to make $50000 per day through adsense , you need to make a website like IMDB or huffigton post where you get millions of page views per day.

What kind of sites you have right now?Is it affiliate site or information site monetized by adsense ?

Depends on niche, but generally very hard. There are keywords with low CPC and KWs with high CPC. Use keyword tool to find some profitable niches and see whether you can compete.

I agree.

Would rather see someone aim high and completely miss...

Rather than aiming extremely low and missing.

Theoretically you could get there, but that would be a mistake. What if Adsense bans your account? Don't think it will not happen to you. It happened to my friend and he was earning $2k a day. He managed to get his account back... but the problem is for some sites, Adsense is the only viable way to squeeze money.

I don't think regular blogs will cut it though. There's only so much content you (or a small team of writers) could write. The most successful Adsense websites rely on a large community to create content (think WikiHow, Ehow, Scribd, etc).

In my personal opinion (and experience), getting to 10k-20k a month is doable with some consistent effort and investment - as long as you're not solely relying on SEO schemes to make it work nowadays. However, 100k a month is a totally different game. The chances of getting there with Adsense are much slimmer than building a regular business online (have something to sell and a recurring component, no matter if it's physical or digital).

To get to 100k a month with Adsense, you probably need millions of visitors per month. I know companies that earn that much with just 3,000 visitors a day by maximizing customers' value and having something to sell to affluent customers.

$50,000 a DAY?
Possible, yes.

Likely? No.

Can you step back and see what's wrong with this picture?

Anyway, my advice is to focus on how to make $1,000 a month, then $2,000, etc. Maybe one day you'll get to $50,000. And even if you don't, at least this way you have much better chances of making lots of money than thinking how to jump straight to $50,000/day, when you don't even make more than someone working for minimum wage.

Good luck!

Don't lock yourself with Adsense
Expand your thinking and you will find more profitable ways to reach your goal

adsense can be good one day the other it can be bad . I have days that i make 400€ from adsense alone and now i only make 100€ a day ...
Months i make 8000€ or months of 1500€ . I am glad if i have 1500€ .
making 50k a day is just over the top .
I would say dream about 500 a day .. that is great money to .

switch the adsense for list building...

then maybe you have a shot.

That number seems extremely high for adsense, if you could make anywhere near that with adsense, I'm willing to bet you could earn much more with other means such as CPA offers

If you're not making $1k a day right now, your goal shouldn't be $50k a day. Break it down into more attainable goals. Nobody will say it is impossible but, except for a few, it's unlikely, especially if you're not there yet or even close.
Earn your first $100k per year before thinking of a million.

The majority of blogs that start doing numbers of that size would eventually switch to running their own ad network.

A blog that is making $50,000 a day would be in a good niche, selling it's own products, selling it's own ad space, and doing affiliate offers as well in their posts.

I say go for it.

If you were able to make $50K a year, I would be impressed. That is still more than most people make working and over $4K a month just from adsense! That would be a great goal to begin with though

It's TOTALLY do-able. Of course it is do-able!!
Freakin' awesome goal! That is the kind of stuff that champions are made of. Go with your Dad's advice. Listen to the moneymaker!
Some bad advice in this thread suggesting that you shouldn't try. Pish! Go big!
The real question is not whether you can do it but HOW are you going to do it?
My best day on Adsense so far is over $5800 so I know more about this topic than most of the people on this thread. No, I am not going to tell you my niches, or exact strategies. It's actually to your advantage that I don't.
But I can give a few pointers.
1) You need an authority website. Or preferably, several. But the question is, HOW are you going to get that? First thing, you need authoritative knowledge on your topic. You can't just regurgitate second rate content with second rate images and second rate headlines and expect to be a niche authority. It needs to be banging. So you need impeccable research methods. Second, you need to learn how to scale that sucker without killing yourself. And that's harder than it seems. But do-able! Ok so you develop a niche that makes $100 a day and you start scaling. How will you handle quality control? How will you manage your entire team and keep everything running the way it should? Believe me, it gets crazy when you try to scale and so easy to trainwreck it. There are only so many people you can personally manage and train. So you need hyper efficient systems.
2) It took me over 5 years of building content like a m*f* with an outsource team helping me. But now I hit 4 figures most days on Adsense.
3) Don't shoot for lowest common denominator content that adds no real value to the internet. You will NOT get there that way. You have to be better than other people. There is no way round it.
4) FORGET SEO. The traffic simply isn't big enough. It's peanuts. At "average" CPMs of $10 you will need 5 million traffic in one day to hit $50k. You need social media traffic and you need it big. Don't get too esoteric. My simple model was to do what the winners are doing, only do it better than them. I don't do ANY SEO whatsoever and probably never will again. Waste of time. Paid traffic and viral traffic are Kings.
5) There are other games than blogging or content marketing. Do something cutting edge. Provide a service that is better than others or that leads the wave.
6) You could *in theory* also do it with a lot of small sites, like an "ant army" - but I would advise against it. Ok so if you are thinking "I got one site that's making $100/week." Ok, how are you going to create 3500 of those sites? The thing it, it breaks down. You will most likely find that your most successful site makes 10x what all the rest make put together. That's been my experience consistently. Always try to build new "breakaway" sites but focus most of your energy on what is working best rather than attempting to do everything. It takes self-discipline to do this and it's not easy.
7) Be kind to yourself. Don't kill yourself trying to get there. If it's killing you, take a step back and think smarter. There is always a smarter way.

Nobody is making that much ad revenue. Maybe big companies that run major online media outlets. But a single blogger? Not even close.

50,000$ per day thats big aim but achieving it is very difficult, but not impossible.
You need strong planning, strong budget, strong, reliable, trustworthy VA who can work for you 24/7.
You still think it can be done. This is 2015, think again.
I am not discouraging you, just focusing on main points.

I like you idea of dreaming big. That is what you should do! I my personal opinion $50k per day is totally achievable however you need to market your blog on an advanced level.

Besides AdSense, I would focus more on niche related products and offers. Have you already tried CPA/Affiliate offers?

Cheers,
Zoltan

I personally met people that made up to $700,000 a month from Ad Sense. They told me that they got shut down (and they tried to start again a few times, but every time they would reach big numbers, they would get shut down). They explained to me that for Google it's better to have many people making a little bit of money from ad sense, instead of a few people making a lot, because then a few people that would be making a lot of money for Google would be able to dictate what Google does.

So I personally choose to stay away from Ad Sense, I think there's a lot of other GREAT opportunities.

You have to think about it in terms of traffic numbers and ad impressions. To make $50k with Adsense, using an example of $5 RPM (revenue per 1000 impressions) you'll need to get 10 million ad impressions per day.

Varies greatly with RPM, but I think $5 RPM gives a good estimate.

That's 300 million impressions per month and pretty much what a site like Buzzfeed generates, and they have over 500 employees.

Yes, $50K a day from adsense is achievable if you can hack & steal fb visitors for a day.
