LeadImpact refund not showing in PayPal?

Hi there!

A few days ago I asked for a refund of my unused LeadImpact balance, and yesterday I got a reply that the refund is processed.

Now I have payed with PayPal, but I don't see a refund in my account.

I know that normally with a refund in PayPal it's not yet in my balance, but I see it in transactions, where it says 'refund' and I have to wait for the process to complete.

That's not the case now.

I tried to login in my LeadImpact account to see if my LeadImpact balance would be 0,-, but I can't login any more, so I think they canceled my account.

Do any of you guys have any experience with a refund of LeadImpact? I found they're customer support not really friendly, but I hope to get my money back.

    How long has it been, It could take some time for the processing to display, and the fund to be back?

    Thanks for your reply's!

    I have contact them a few minutes ago, but they are really slow in responses, so I expect a reply in a few days.

    Yesterday they told me that they processed the refund, but it's not yet in my PayPal account. Normally you see a refund in the transactions, but I see nothing from them.

    Did you have anything else on file a Credit Card maybe?

    I would try to contact them again (I know a waiting game) like the other said.
