If you're talking about using Microworkers/ Incentive Networks, I would stay away from it. It's a good way to get banned.

When you are about to promote campaigns of your choice be it whatever niche you are given a description about the offer in regards to what kind of traffic is allowed. Most of the CPA networks have offers that mainly cater to incent as well as non-incent traffic but your best bet is to ask your affiliate manager just to be sure.

Keep far away from these - if the network finds out you are involved with incentives to click systems (that's if this is what you are referring to) you will be banned and all earnings forfeited.
