What is your way to sit a long time on your desk?

Hi,

I see a lot of success affiliate replied, help, post ideas and reply emails fast every time without any split of time and disappearing for a long time.

I get bored when I do the same thing(Search for good offers, collect info and start campaign..), so I'm working just for 5 hours in day to do the daily works and that make me bored.

Any ideas that make me sit on my desk for a long time without go out?
I love IM and I the bad ideas make me retract in this great domain.

This can be a doubled edged sword, sitting for that long is normally not as productive as taking a small break here and there. I do recommend having music, a comfy chair, etc
