  Cudn't agree anymore with the list Chris has listed but i would like to add F5media, Adsimilis, Clickdealer and Gurumedia in the mix as well
  
  OP it really depends on the type of offers you are interested in promoting like consider for instance your niche is dating then i would suggest you to stick with Clickdealer and Adsimilis.

  It really just depends on what your needs are. There are plenty of great networks out there and even a few that have been mentioned in this thread. I think the appropriate question you should have asked is "what are the names of your affiliate managers within the networks that make you money"? Its just as important to find a AM that is experienced, knowledgeable [this is so valuable], motivated, reliable & responsive. You can find a good network but easily get stuck with a shitty AM. I am an AM for GetAds in Denver, don't hesitate to reach out if you want to make money with affiliate marketing.
