  Normally this is considerd contextual or as luke stated ppv.. If your are unsure, reach out to your am to verify to make sure the offers you are promoting allow this type of traffic. It's always better to be safe than sorry!

It belongs to popups and redirects. If you can't find a case, select other.
Redirect traffic is not targeted, poups are.
I have tried redirects traffic and lost money +$150 it is full of bots and automated fake visits.
(Not the network itself, but some publishers are scammers.)
So, if you're going to buy redirects make sure to analyze your conversions and to block bad publishers from draining your budget.
