What is up with MediaTraffic?

My tracking software was showing nothing but clicks coming from what seemed to be tracking and redirect urls. One was named "cpvredirect". They were coming in by the boatload but I wasn't getting any clickthroughs from my lp's to my offers. I ended up burning a lot of money. Is this bot traffic? I will say that the last time I used this network (which was a while ago), only maybe a fourth of the popups came from these kinds of urls while the rest came from the urls I was bidding on. I called and emailed them about this and got no response. Anyone know what the deal is?

  • Would you mind sharing which Ad Network were you using for this? Maybe the traffic quality was poor or your landing page was not sufficient so the visitors have simply clicked away.

  • It's definitely not the ad networks. And I'm not saying for sure but I don't think it's the landing pages. I'm experienced and had somewhat success with this network awhile back. But again, I don't know.

    P202. And btw, it's now showing like 2% of the bidded keywords as the referrer.
