just let you know that CPVlab support just a good
I have issue with the script 5 days already - and they tells me just ordinarry things.
Problem inside the script - but the can not fix that.
No Phone contact - you can not call them - phone just autoresponder.
Support Ticket system - one response in 24 hours.


Support Level 2 - good specialist. Send them logs from my server - 4 days they can't say me
reason.
After 4 days - I found error message in logs that send them on 15.02 - point them problem
file - in WURFL

UPD. 23.02 -problem was fixed.
NO DOUBT BUY CPV LABS - SUPPORT IS FINE!

      script is working - count stats and so on.
      but it try to get one file - file no exist - it try to find again and again - so that requests load my server HIGH.
      have no idea why the support can fix that.
      need more detail here?

    I don't think we really have any idea what you're saying. Can you describe the problem specifically? Just saying 'file no exist' doesn't tell us anything.

    lstat("/*/*/*/WURFLres//storage/persistence/d/4/****d98f00b204e9800998ecf8****",0x7fffffffa880) ERR#2 'No such file or directory'
    so script try to find that file - but that file not exist
    also files in /WURFLres//storage/persistence/ - stop creating that day when problems appear.
    but script try to find and get access to that file many many times.

    have 777
    PHP process have the access to the following folders - but situation is same.
    script try find non existing file - that request multiple - it loads my server

    they reply me every 24 hours.
    but not not fixed yet.
    support told that me server is slow but this is not true - problem not solved yet.
    do not be afraid - support helps you and my case is outstanding and hard to be solved.
    before that case - support was fast and helpful. do no be afraid - this soft cost every penny.

      I have the same situation, anyone can pm me if he can guide me to setup a lp sequence campaign. I am currently emailing back and forth with Mo from support and he is VERY helpful BUT...I need more speed in response. I understand that is just 1 fee every year and that's why support is not so quick.
