CPA Offer for Turkey

Hello everyone,
I have some questions about CPA Network. But first, I would like to explain what we are doing as business.

We create own our products, mostly health products and we have some adult products.
We have own our call centres.
We are doing this business for 6 years.

Mostly we advertise our product on Facebook, Adwords and some major news websites.
Daily we can deliver between 500 - 1000 products to final buyer. Success rate is around 70% 80%.
Sometimes can be less because it is up to product.

Our business model is working like this: create a product, make a landing page for product and sart to sell it.

For now we can make sells only in Turkey. Turkey has a a lot of potential. Our population is more than 77 millions and 25% is between 18-30 years old. We have a lot of potential.

I have never worked with affiliate companies, so we do not have any experience how the business is working.
As a theory, for sure, I have some ideas and I read articles about it.

We are interested in CPA mode because it is easy to track and seems fair for both sides.

What I would like to know is which company can provide us good sales? Which company is trustful? How much money I have to offer them per sale?

I know very well ROI of our product on Facebook and Adwords. I am sure if website will be optimised well ROI can be cheaper.

As I heard it from friend, Russian Affiliate companies have a lot of traffic for Turkey and they are asking between 5-7$ per sale. I have no idea is it correct or not.

So far I did not contact with any affiliate company yet. Before I take any action I would like to read your experience.
