  • There is no "best free traffic". The best traffic is always the traffic that converts highest for you, in whatever it is you're trying to sell, and that you're willing to pay the highest for. The best traffic is always the most expensive, so that leaves free traffic as not so good, or at least, not as good. That's not to say you cant get free traffic that converts but it will not be the "best". As a newbie, I would start making YouTube videos for your offers, using your main long tail keywords in the title, description, and keyword areas of your video. That will start to bring you free traffic and YouTube is a great source for free traffic as far as free traffic goes. You can use Fiverr gigs to help you rank your videos as well.

    What's the niche?

Without knowing that, we are just wasting server space.

    • Ranzu,

I would suggest and recommend Solo ads. It is very targeted and proven. You must spend a small amount and you can earn that amount back very quickly. If you opt to go for it, search for some best solo ads providers. you can find some here in the classified section of Warrior Forum. What I would recommend is DOE (directory of ezine). The solo ad provider under DOE is of quality because DOE constantly monitor them.a bit expensive but they deserve.

      Cheers!

Find your buyers, there is a forum for everything under the sun. Connect with them link to your page (or offer if forum allows it) recommend you product. Make youtube videos relating to wants/needs of your audience, link to your page etc. Join facebook groups, find popular blogs on your niche and comment, search common questions your niche buyers ask and answer them on yahoo answers. Create a facebook page, write short, interesting content about product / service. Create a free blog, start posting useful content that lines up with the info you got on your buyers from you time on forums, groups, answers, what your competition is doing etc.(your own domain is much preferred) Not much more you can do without a budget.

I have been trying to find a good directory of active forums for certain niches. Any recommendations for a directory of forums you speak of?

I am also a newcomer, so I spend a lot of time researching topics and doing different types of testing to help my overall understanding of IM. One thing that I have learned is "free" traffic is a lot of work, and it also seemed to limit my thinking when I was trying to do everything for free. Perfect example, I have spent a TON of time writing content on different topics because it costed me nothing, and content is pretty important. But, I don't really like to write so as I look back now I can see why I would lose interest in IM for a while and then come back to it a few months later. Articles are pretty inexpensive to outsource, so now I spend my time doing things I think are more productive for me, and things I actually enjoy to do. Free sources comes down to going out and contacting as many folks as you can about what you're promoting in an ethical manner. Sounds easy, but it's not. Better question might be " How do I get started on a small budget?"
