Would you please tell me if it's possible to get accepted in Google adsense with those website Funny Indian Pics | Free Funny Images | Funny Pics Online and is it good with Adsense Tos or against it .

Your website is kind of weird and you are pretty much not selling anything.

You don't have any written content either.

You probably would ! What you have to do is keep it clean, ans tey to write a bit of text with each image or article. Try applying anyways and hopefully u be aproved ?
