MaxBounty And Solo Ads Clicks Not Meshing

So, I'm learning this CPA biz, and I tried a solo ad placement. The amount of clicks the solo ad site says I have and the amount MaxBounty says I have are WAY off.

Take a look:

Soloadvertising.com

MaxBounty

So, is there something that I'm not understanding?

Thanks,
Phil

Max Bounty may be filtering your clicks based on qualified geography. I.e clicks from Somolia won't count towards your total click count. Try to mirror your tracking filters across all tracking platforms.

Also watch that the CPA campaign you are using does not restrict the type of traffic. A solo ad would result in email traffic to the link. Each CPA campaign has a certain terms of service that you want to make sure you are following.

Yeah, I filtered the offers by email only. Too bad there aren't any offers to "all countries" that allow email. I checked...

A 3rd party tracker is recommended. It's most likely due to the traffic not being permitted. If you PM me your affiliate ID# I can get your Affiliate Manager to contact you. They'll be the best person to investigate whether this is actually an issue or not.

    Cheers.

Thanks Joe! I'm pretty sure it was the fact that the solo ads were going around the globe, though. Next time I'll just pick something that allows more countries. Like India.

As Joe said, work with them, but I also strongly recommend getting a third party tracker setup like prosper202, voluum, etc

Thanks, Chris! I've been looking into Prosper202, but I need to keep my costs down, so no $$$ for a dedicated server. But I just signed up for Voluum - It's a bit of a learning curve, but well worth it. Thanks!

    Hey Phil,

use third party tracker like CPVLAB (self hosted). You can track the clicks, ROI very eaisly. Using that you can redirect the country target traffic to their country offers.

Like USA people gets to USA offers only.

    you can setup like that!

You don't need dedicated server for this and i am running CPVlab at $15 server and the best part, it takes 15 minutes to setup cpvlab.

Need help? let me know I can help you out.

(1.) whenever you buy solo ad, specify clicks from which countries you want- corresponding to the countries allowed by the particular CPA offer(s).
(2.) I think it is better to create a capture page and build subscribers through solo ads. Then you can continually sell to them. As you can see, the clicks did not result in any pay from MB.
