What do you mean by Cost effective CPI networks?

The reason i do not promote such campaigns is because the advertisers take too long to pay publishers. Only interested in weekly payouts these days as cash flow is a major concern among publishers these days.

I feel you. I had such campaign running but I think its better to do just CPC.

You should test various types of campaigns. CPI can be much more effective than CPC, if you find offers suitable for your traffic.

You can try one of the following:

- Glispa: Home - glispa is a global mobile marketing company that guarantees results glispa is a global mobile marketing company that guarantees results
- MobPartner: MobPartner - Mobile Performance Marketing for Customer
- Sponsormob: Sponsormob | The CPA Network for the Mobile Internet

There is no "best CPI network" out there. You should try all three of these ones and see which one works best for you. (you can also work with all 3 of them if you want).
As someone said above, CPI can be more effective than CPC. You just have to focus on the right traffic sources.
