what can I do with these massive cheap traffic?

I accidently create an ad with didn't aspect any result with, and it ended up I receive $0.0038 per website click on Facebook Ads.


I wanted to refer this traffic to an adsense website.

Anyone have any idea? I would be appreciate of that.


The traffic stat:
These are tier 3 to 4 countries

    It is under health, cancer targeting, I think I should apply adsense for this. But am not sure if these traffic are safe for adsense.

    Use the google keyword planner and find the average CPCs for the countries you want to targets.

    Since the traffic is from tier 3 countries the average CPC you will get will low.

    Too bad they don't speak English, it's the 5th day, the CTR is horrible, I guess they just click for fun, but I will try adsense sooner and report back the result.

    So i tried the fb ads with adsense, my earning doesnt increase much and my adsense account got banned. Risky to use paid traffic on adsense.

    Why dont you try to monetize the traffic with CPA campaigns instead of CPC ones?

    Since compare to google adwords ppc remains low in facebook , that's why it has become the market eater in ads.

    But as all said and outcome too proved that paid traffic is not liked by google, try with google plus community and reddit or other such community you will good traffic naturally.

    Try with some health offers or similar, do some research on what is hot in countries you are targeting.
