I am offering a service but am not sure what are the best ways to market it.. To keep it simple I am offering customized fitness plans. Not to sure what is the best way to handle marketing, I am soo close to just outsourcing it but I know that can be pricey.

Can someone recommend to me some options and share with me maybe some success they had with a service that is comparable to mine. I would really appreciate some help on this.. thank you!

    Start with Adwords
    use very targeted keywords to start.
    if the traffic is low, then try using keyword 'fitness plans' on broad-search

      I think Paid traffic will work best but mind you it's a competitive market so wont be easy.
