report quality / Bid, in PPV

Hello everyone

Now I use PPV Ad Network as a source of traffic,
I started a few campaigns( online games), I put in the Bid the minimum, but the conversions are mediocre
My question is: If I increase the Bid, the quality of traffic will be increases or just the number of visitors ?
Another question: in some offers it's indicated the Cap is 100 for example,
If I exceed the cap, i will not be paying if I will have conversions?

        I'm Ajmail -- one of the Account Managers at 50onRED's Traffic Platform.

        If you are bidding at the minimum, you will receive far fewer impressions than whoever you're competing against for the targets. If you raise your bids higher or at the Smart Bid price, you will receive much more traffic, but this doesn't necessarily guarantee you to get conversions 100% of the time.
