CPA Suppression Lists / Autoresponders

So I have my own mail platform for sending CPA offers. However, I am looking to start using autoresponders for some of the stuff I'm doing. Do all AR's support suppression lists and can you define a specific list for an autoresponder sequence and broadcast?

Also, what AR's allow you to promote affiliate/cps offers? I have seen some that don't allow it.
