I would say depending on the niche, cpa offers will often be much more profitable than adsense (IMO)

Adsense pays the highest if you're just going for general display ads. Most other competitors pay pennies compared to Adsense.

First asvol... you know that on Fiverr there are some Gigs that sell you still working Adsense account.

Adsense is the best but it could have some problem especially for some particulare niches.
    I give you some alternatives:

    - JIUCEADV: it has ppc and pay for impression

    - VIBRANT: It pay CPC/CPM throught hyperlinks placed in your text

    - LINKWELOVE: You can use it togheter with Adsense

I was making more money after I took AdSense off a few of my sites. I just replaced the AdSense with direct offers from vendors. A lot of vendors have affiliate schemes that they don't even widely publicize. If you've been in a niche for a while then you should hopefully know which potential advertisers to approach.

Plan B is to approach them and ask them to buy links/advertising directly on your site. My friend does this and he has some nice dependable monthly revenue, plus he sleeps well at night knowing he doesn't need to worry so much about an AdSense ban.
